It is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach close to Pier Park and all of Panama City Beach's famous attractions. This unique property is also a short drive from Sandestin, Destin and the 30-A area where you can find many artistic shops, boutiques, wine bars, cafés and untouched nature trails. Shores # 119 has three levels. The ground floor has a garage, full sized laundry room and a storage unit for all your beach equipment you may acquire while you are on vacation. It also has a side door that leads directly out on to the Shores private boardwalk and beaches. This boardwalk will take you directly to the gulf-front pool apox. distance 200 ft. The second floor has a large living (No Sleeper Sofa)and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed bathroom with tub and shower combo. A large balcony off the gulf-front living room awaits you and has stairs leading down to the boardwalk and beaches. The third floor of this townhome boasts its own balcony. It also has a guest bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom, featuring a large garden tub. Second guest bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in shower. Unit has over 1500 square feet and is equipped with hi-speed internet, cable TV, DVD's and telephone.You will not find another home on the beach like this one!
