"Squirt" is a 2bed/2bath guest home located in the gulf front community of Carillon Beach in Panama City Beach, FL that comes with a set of beach chairs and an umbrella. It is part of the larger rental property "Grand Tortugas" and can be rented separately as "Squirt" or along with the main home, "Crush". "Squirt" sleeps 6 people. It is a short stroll to the gulf-front community pool which provides private beach access to its guests. The entry floor of "Squirt" is the living area of the home. It offers a kitchen area with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A flat screen TV is provided in the living space as well as a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The dining area is furnished with a table that seats 4 and breakfast bar that seats 2 more for dining. The first floor also provides a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a king. A large bathroom is also upstairs with a walk in shower and deep soaking tub enclosed in decorative granite. The backyard of "Squirt" has a wonderful outdoor living space complete with plenty of lounge chairs. This guest home sits adjacent to its main house, "Crush", and shares a beautifully landscaped yard. When reserved together, "Crush" and "Squirt" make up "Grand Tortugas", and sleep a total of 21 guests! Rent "Squirt" alone anytime during the year! This Carillon Beach property is perfect for family reunions, weddings, two families vacationing together, or "Squirt" is ideal for a couple or small family looking for that wonderful beach-front community in which to relax.
The charming, gated community of Carillon Beach is home to some great shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of amenities at Carillon; including three pools (one heated, one gulf front), beach club, two tennis courts, kiddy pool, basketball hoop, bike rentals, and of course plenty of beach front to enjoy. Carillon Beach has a beautiful lake that rests in the center of the community and is landscaped with lush, natural vegetation.
