It is a short stroll to the gulf-front community pool which provides private beach access to its guests and another community pool situated in Carillon Beach. Enter into the first floor through a screened in porch with comfy sitting areas that will allow you enjoy the ocean breeze! The first floor of "Crush" has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are set up on the 1st level as follows: Bedroom one offers a king bed, bedroom two offers 2 sets of bunk beds and a twin trundle, and bedroom three offers another king bed. "Crush's" 2nd floor boasts a very spacious living area with high vaulted ceilings, fireplace, hardwood floors, and extra large kitchen with beautiful granite countertops! There is plenty of room for family style dining at the large dining table and a 2nd floor deck is wonderful for private sunning or outdoor cookouts with its grill! A large flat screen TV sits above the fire place along with a DVD player so everyone can enjoy a family movie night! There is also a 4th bedroom on the 2nd floor set up with a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, TV, and bathroom. Venture up to the third floor to find the master suite with a king bed, TV, private bathroom, and walk in closet. "Crush" sits adjacent to its guest house, "Squirt". There is beautiful natural vegetation surrounding this property and a hidden walking path runs behind it and takes you towards the ocean.
